Shannon has worked in higher education for 25 years as a teacher, researcher, administrator, and clinician. He has a B.A. in psychology from Chapman University, a M.S.Ed. in Kinesiology and a M.A. in Clinical Adult Psychology from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville, and a M.A. in Clinical Practices in Psychology and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. Additionally, Shannon has completed advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other approaches. Outside of ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ, he can be found in proximity to coffee, bookshops, or the gym.
