Please provide two weeks notice to request and schedule your session.

  2. Request a private recovery session for your team

Recovery sessions refer to an active yoga class targeted to your sport, a restorative yoga session for muscle tension/fatigue and mental reset or a myofascial roll-out session with Yoga TuneUp massage balls in sequence. Coaches or captains can request and design the session they prefer.

If Kate Nicholson, Assistant Director of Student Wellness (yoga & mindfulness instructor) is available then your session is free and Kate will help you reserve Buck 301. 

If Kate is unavailable when team is requesting, then she can assist you in hiring a community instructor ($70/hour session) and reserving Buck 301 if needed.
